I had wanted a "Shiva" idol made to my specifications. At first I approached someone I knew and trusted for getting the idol done to my satisfaction. I had wanted to be a part of the idol making process and progress. After a lot of failed and frustrating follow-ups, I got the idol made but was utterly disappointed... That very day, I decided to get the idol done again, searched the net and came across PG Art... I contacted them and communicated my concerns... When it comes to ones faith and hopes of getting a thing done to ones satisfaction, relying on someone you never knew and placing a order at such a far off place (Maharashtra - West Bengal) is quite difficult. I ordered the Lord Shiva fiber glass statue from USA in mid March-2021 and received in mid May 2021. During these 2 months, Mr.Palash kept me fully informed about the progress of the statue and shared numerous pictures via WhatsApp chat. Palash ji has performed an amazing work and he has done an outstanding job in molding the statue. The statue looks very beautiful, calm and serene. The statue was packed very thoroughly; however, it still ended up getting few fingerprints and also a minor crack (to the base) in the DHL transit from Kolkotta to USA. Mr.Palash is an outstanding craftsman and I sincerely thank him for his services.
